Lot fifteen (15) is our featured property, as it offers maximum flexibility.   The developer (CV Diagnostics) has two pre-approved development options.   One is a thirty thousand (30,000) square foot (SF) commercial building offering Class A office space.  The other is a campus setting of five (5), five thousand (5,000) SF buildings offering Class A office space.   Each design option has been approved by the Maine State Department of Environment Protection (DEP).  It has also been approved by the Park's Design Review Committee - which functions as the site plan review authority for the municipality.  With these approvals in place, the developer can meet the most aggressive time schedule.
