Staff & Board - FirstPark

FirstPark is a regional economic development project governed by the Kennebec Regional Development Authority (KRDA), a board of 24 member communities, and operated day-to-day by a small, dedicated team.

The KRDA is governed by a General Assembly representing all 24 member communities, with representatives appointed by their respective town or city governments. The General Assembly sets policy and adopts the annual budget, while an Executive Board, elected from among the General Assembly, provides strategic direction and oversees FirstPark’s operations. This structure gives every member community a direct voice in the park’s future.

Kristine Logan

Executive Director

Kristine joined KRDA as Executive Director in January 2026, bringing extensive experience in economic development and regional partnership. She is leading FirstPark into its next phase of growth with a focus on community, connectivity, and new business development. Kristine is available Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. at 207-859-9716.

Kelly Normandin

Executive Assistant

Kelly joined KRDA as Administrative Assistant in August 2026, bringing a background in administration, organization, and community involvement. She enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things organized and running smoothly and is excited to be part of KRDA’s work to support the region and its communities.

General Assembly & Executive Board

The General Assembly includes appointed representatives from all 24 member communities. Members marked with an asterisk (*) also serve on the 14-member Executive Board, which provides strategic direction and oversees FirstPark’s day-to-day operations.
