FirstPark, a 285-acre campus of shovel-ready, pre-permitted sites with protective covenants, incorporates innovative technology and infrastructure into its site plan. There are several lots available, five of which run parallel to I-95. The business park is conveniently located in central Maine, with easy transportation options to Canada, New England and beyond.
