Underground utilities are onsite and ready to connect to your project.
Park Overview
FirstPark comprises 285 acres on a wooded ridge two miles west of the Kennebec River in Oakland, Maine, 15 miles north of Augusta and immediately adjacent to Interstate 95.
The property has been thoughtfully developed as a campus, with professional landscaping that complements the natural setting. Much of FirstPark remains wooded with a mix of hardwoods and evergreens, while the available building sites are generally level and well suited for development. This combination of natural surroundings, convenient access, and available infrastructure creates an attractive setting for businesses looking to establish or expand in Central Maine.
Available building sites range from approximately 7 to 28 acres, with 4 to 10 buildable acres. Sites are available for sale or build-to-suit opportunities and are well suited for a variety of uses, including professional offices, light industrial operations, hospitality, service businesses, and healthcare facilities.
